You receive a fully customized program via app or PDF. Each week you upload training videos, which I review within 24 hours with detailed technique feedback. We check in weekly over WhatsApp to adjust load, volume, and programming as needed.
Most clients notice meaningful strength and technique improvements within the first 4 weeks. Significant physical changes in body composition typically appear by weeks 8–12, depending on starting point and adherence to the nutrition protocols.
Absolutely. I design programs around current limitations. We work with your body, not against it, using movement substitutions and corrective loading to keep you progressing safely while managing around discomfort.
Most programs run on a minimum 3-month commitment. Meaningful physical and strength adaptations take time, and the program is periodized to build progressively. We'll discuss the right timeline during your free intake call.
Nutrition is included in the Hybrid Strength & Diet plan and available as an add-on to the Online Powerlifting Peak program. We build macronutrient targets around your goals, food preferences, and lifestyle — not a generic diet plan.
